These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Create with Mufaiz ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Create with Mufaiz provides online courses, training materials, and resources focused on creating AI-generated content for social media platforms, particularly Instagram. Our Services include:

• Educational video content and tutorials
• AI prompt bundles and templates
• Access to private community channels
• Digital resources and downloadable materials
• Future updates and course additions

To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Take responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase our Services.

All payments are processed through UPI payment systems including PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, and other UPI platforms. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay the specified price for the Services you select
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize us to charge your selected payment method
• All payments are one-time and non-refundable

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change. Launch offers and promotional pricing may be time-limited.

Upon successful payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license grants you:

• Lifetime access to the course content you purchased
• Access to future updates included with your purchase
• Right to use templates and prompts for personal projects

You agree NOT to:

• Share, distribute, or resell course materials
• Redistribute content through any medium
• Create derivative works from our materials
• Use our content to teach others for a fee
• Claim ownership of our intellectual property

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall NOT:

• Use AI-generated content to create harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent materials
• Generate content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Create content depicting real people without their consent
• Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
• Share your account access with others

When participating in our Telegram community or other community features, you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect and professionalism
• Not spam, solicit, or promote unauthorized products
• Keep shared information appropriate and relevant
• Report any violations or inappropriate content
• Follow all Telegram community rules and guidelines

We reserve the right to remove access to community features for users who violate these guidelines.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM:

• WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
• That our Services will meet your specific requirements
• That the results achieved will be successful or profitable
• That errors or defects will be corrected
• Uninterrupted or error-free access to our Services

Views, likes, followers, and engagement metrics depend on many factors beyond our control including platform algorithms, content quality, and market conditions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI CREATOR ACADEMY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from your use of AI-generated content
• Any disputes with third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Total liability exceeding the amount you paid for the Services

All payments are final and non-refundable. By purchasing our Services, you acknowledge that:

• You have reviewed all available information before purchasing
• You understand the nature of the digital products being offered
• Due to the digital nature of the content, refunds cannot be provided
• No exceptions will be made after purchase

We encourage you to thoroughly review the course modules and description before making a purchase decision.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Create with Mufaiz, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of our Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Any content you create using our materials

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time. We may also update course content, add new features, or change pricing with reasonable notice.

Continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms and updated content.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the course materials ceases immediately
• All licenses granted to you are revoked
• You must destroy all materials in your possession

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of India.
